Procurement in Yara is split into three main functions: Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement and Procurement Governance & Excellence.
Direct Procurement acquires raw materials and goods needed for our production process while Indirect Procurement buys goods and services for effective Yara operations.
Procurement Governance & Excellence is responsible for an effective and efficient procurement processes, best practice sharing, procurement capability development and providing state of the art e-Procurement tools.
